At the age of ten, Mark Lester was propelled to international fame because of his starring role in the 1968 musical, "Oliver!", a role he was given despite not being able to sing (his songs were dubbed by a young woman). Unfortunately, it was a slow, downhill decline from there, eventually including Mark's appearance in a film unacceptable by today's standards and which is never shown on television (actually, it wasn't the only one he made like this, somebody must have wanted the money really badly).
The film is "Night Hair Child" from 1972, its original UK title but also known by numerous other names, not least the crass "What The Peeper Saw", and for which Mark Lester received top billing over Britt Ekland and Hardy Krüger. Mark plays a boy with a very precocious, hands-on attitude to the opposite sex, in this case Britt Ekland as his widowed father's girlfriend (in this upload, the boy calls his father by his name, Paul).
This is a heavily edited sequence which uses freeze-framing as a matter of prudence, if you're wondering why, see the uncut film (but don't ask me where to find it). Note that Mark's character has a preference for chicken salad and chocolate ice cream; Michael Jackson, who in later years famously befriended Mark, had a liking for chicken but preferred vanilla desserts.
